Digital Marketing Manager
Description Digital Marketing Manager Contract (Maternity Leave) Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive product sales and awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, creative, and sales, to achieve marketing goals. Responsibilities: + Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and display advertising. + Manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including budget allocation, campaign performance tracking, and optimization. + Conduct keyword research and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on search engines like Google and Bing. + Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. + Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). + Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. + Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. + Collaborate with product marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. + Support the development of compelling digital marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, and video scripts. + Manage the day-to-day activities of social media communities and respond to customer inquiries. Requirements Qualifications: + 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on product marketing and sales. + Proven experience in managing and executing successful paid social media campaigns. + Experience with search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. + Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and personalization. + Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Experience with project management tools is a plus. + Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
