Description Robert Half is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to support our clients in the Chicago area. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute digital marketing strategies across web, social, and email platforms. You will drive campaign performance, optimize paid media, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across web, social media, and email platforms. + Analyze data and KPIs to continuously improve marketing performance. + Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with brand goals. + Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). + Lead content creation efforts and manage digital content strategies. + Stay current with digital marketing trends and implement best practices. Requirements + Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role. + Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.). + Experience with SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategy. + Excellent communication and project management skills. + Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
