Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

 

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and testing our digital marketing campaigns and SEO strategies. This role requires a mix of marketing campaign management skills, technical SEO, and data-driven decision-making skills.

 

The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, content creators, and the SEO team to test, measure, and refine campaigns for the best performance.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for optimizing and testing our digital marketing campaigns such as landing pages, forms, reports, and workflows. Perform manual and automated testing to identify issues with marketing campaigns or marketing automation workflows in HubSpot. Testing data consistency between HubSpot and Dynamics CRM. Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine root cause and work with campaign managers to confirm resolution. Work closely with marketing creative teams to identify and explore opportunities to improve processes based on company objectives, and implement innovative methodologies. Help to improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
Identify ways to improve execution and achieve organic traffic and lead generation goals through the analytics and data findings. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide constructive feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in digital marketing Associates degree in Marketing or Computer Science or related field Basic knowledge HTML and CSS Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as PowerBI Google Analytics 4 knowledge Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce Knowledge and experience using Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot and Act-On Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience using project management tools such as Asana Incredibly organized and detail-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Customer-service mindset to solve issues

$65,000 - $70,000 / year
