Job Summary:

An exciting new role for a creative and innovative Marketing Manager in DC / Nothern Virginia area. This is an opportunity to be part of our wonderful Center of Excellence and Marketing team.

You will be responsible for helping to grow the function and make a real impact driving organizational growth at a growing company! The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Tech industry and will be responsible for managing the overall go-to-market strategy and activities. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to effectively create messaging and content.

This position will be remote/work from home and is based in the DC or Northern Virginia area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop integrated strategies and lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with internal stakeholders Produce engaging content to leverage for marketing activities, sales conversations, and events You will be presenting, collaborating with both internal and external partners on key initiatives This role is a key position that will have executive exposure, so your professionalism and enthusiasm are needed Build strategic relationships with vendors and manage internal partners to produce key deliverables such as swag for internal and external use Develop social media strategy and manage current social media platforms

Job Requirements & Qualifications

BA in marketing or a related field 5-7 years of marketing experience - we will consider a non-manager level candidate with a potential to be one Experience marketing to tech personas Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence internal teams Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Ability to multitask and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment Build and maintain vendor relationships Digital marketing experience needed Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines Positive attitude and strong work ethic IT company experience preferred (startup would be great!) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Works, Lucid Charts, Smartsheets, and other content software Must be able to submit content samples and/or portfolio of a successful campaign
