Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

The Digital and Marketing Communications Officer is in charge of managing the company’s marketing and digital assets and campaigns for the purpose of promoting its platforms, solutions, services, and goals to the public. Using effective digital and traditional marketing strategies and best practices from key industry players, the digital and marketing communications officer must help foster brand awareness and positive corporate image across the company’s focus sectors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage digital assets (FB, LI, TW, IG, YT, online tech show & podcast) a) Programs and campaigns (social media marketing, online paid ads & website content) b) Community engagement c) Content & editorials Manage digital ads (FB, LI, IG, YT, SEO & SEM) Assist in planning and management of events and speaking engagements Liaise with suppliers, coordinators and partners for events and marketing initiatives Help draft scripts and speeches Support the Business Development team (LinkedIn direct messaging templates, presentations and brochures/ corporate merch) Monitor the company’s digital pulse and metrics Monitor key industry players to adopt best practices in digital communications and publicity campaigns Be up-to-date with the latest digital & traditional marketing strategies Support other team members when needed
