The Role\: Digital Marketing Operations Specialist
What will you do?
Digital marketing specialist’s role is to design, create and deliver marketing campaigns to support Pacific team. Responsibilities typically include\: - developing, managing, and delivering campaigns using Salesforce and other adhoc reporting requests.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Support the regional team in developing and implementing automated marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms
· Collaborating with Digital Customer Experience team, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure effective use of automation tools ensuring global alignment for updates and best practices
· Developing, managing, and designing layouts of digital communications such as presentations, events, and content creations.
· Planning, development, and execution of digital programs and campaigns
· Drive overall Marketing department efficiency by establishing key operational analysis and facilitating a diverse range of business process improvement projects.
· Partner with other Marketing Operations roles to manage the data, processes, and systems to make the Marketing engine as efficient as possible.
· Support operational analysis and process development in a wide variety of marketing related roles and across a significant number of systems.
· Actively support data cleaning and data enrichment projects.
· Data mine, structure, and standardize information to establish operational controls and proactively identify key areas of opportunities.
· Utilize project management and change management expertise to drive strategic transformational programs across the commercial organization.
· Make operational data, business processes, and existing tools accessible and sustainable so they become engrained across the Digital Marketing group.
Qualifications\:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or other related technical field
· At least 3 years of experience or more in performing market research, with strong working knowledge in marketing campaigns
· Proficiency in Digital Marketing Platforms (Salesforce and others) and Excel.
· Knowledge in SQL queries inside Salesforce to manage audience
· Flexible / Adaptable / Good collaborator
· Consciously adopts best practices and applies performance tuning
· Strong problem solver, able to investigate and resolve issues independently
· Analytical and independent problem solver. Meticulous with high attention to detail
· Strong communicator with ability to talk through data/technical details and business/layperson details
