Digital Marketing Program Manager

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications.  We are looking for an Digital Marketing Program Manager working remotely and tied to our Kimberton, PA HQ.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Program Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the senior marketing manager, digital marketing team, and marketing leaders across the enterprise to drive measurable growth and engagement, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, lead marketing initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve business goals.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the digital marketing team, mentoring team members and partnering with channel marketing to understand target audiences (e.g., architects, contractors, builders) and develop strategic, data-driven campaigns Manage the marketing technology stack and product roadmap, ensuring it supports a suite of complex customer-facing digital experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with organizational goals and drive continuous improvements in tools and platforms. Oversee the management and maintenance of the CMS, Optimizely, ensuring timely updates, UX enhancements, content accuracy, and seamless functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements and support the delivery of engaging web CX. Drive the execution of comprehensive B2B digital campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, paid search, email, social media (organic and paid), and display advertising, with a focus on meeting KPIs Lead the development of a best-in-class analytics practice, working with the team to deliver quarterly reports and actionable insights for web and campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to define and prioritize user needs, documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for marketing technology initiatives. Gather stakeholder and user feedback to support VOC initiatives and refine MarTech tools through various methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing) Incorporate frequent updates and transparent communication with stakeholders about the status of initiatives. Expectation to understand, participate in, and support company COS initiatives, with focus on developing a lean mindset. Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Advanced expertise with web technologies, including CMS platforms such as Optimizely, HubSpot, and other relevant tools. Proven ability to manage and optimize a comprehensive marketing technology stack, including platforms like HubSpot, Optimizely, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other MarTech tools. Track record for formulating MVPs and growth plans for new, innovative products based on emerging technologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization, from peers to executive leadership, while working independently and cross-functionally. Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Strong proficiency and understanding of digital marketing tactics including, paid marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing and marketing automation

Education and Experience:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or digital product ownership experience with web technologies (e.g., .com, Hubspot, PIM, DAM, Drupal or other CMS’). Proven experience managing high-performing teams, including mentorship, goal setting, team activity management, and performance evaluations. Extensive experience in campaign planning, execution, measurement, analytics, and optimization, with an emphasis on lead generation strategies and driving measurable growth Experience with project management tools Preferred: Experience with Wrike project management software Familiarity with data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their application in managing campaigns and customer data

Working Conditions:

Office setting or dedicated workspace in a home office setting Ability to high-speed internet connection to facilitate video calls, CRM management and other project related activities. Individual will occasionally be in a plant environment where it may be dirt, dusty, and hotter/colder than office settings. Typical work hours will be 8pm – 5pm with occasional hours worked outside of this time to meet project deadlines Minimal travel, roughly 10% will be required for this job
