Danfoss Climate Solutions, Global Marketing and Communication team is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager, who is ready to drive selected projects and strengthen our digital marketing landscape.
You will own and drive digital marketing initiatives that enable us to work smarter (e.g., with AI and machine learning), meet our ambitious customer engagement goals, and grow our digital visibility across touchpoints.
You are a master juggler, able to quickly take ownership of tasks, projects, and areas of responsibility and execute them with excellence. You have a keen understanding of digital channels, particularly paid activation tactics across Google/Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic.
You will join a dynamic, cross-world Digital Channel Activation team, pushing the envelope every day to deliver better digital customer experiences and support our Strategic MarCom Managers and Regional MarCom teams.
Your key tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Drive selected digital marketing projects to improve performance and increase work efficiency Coordinate activation across our digital channels including paid activation across Google/Bing and social channels Continuously strengthen the digital channel mix to improve performance by identifying and enable the use of the latest digital tactics Track, analyse, and adjust tactics based on data Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and empower your MarCom colleagues with clear roadmaps for digitalization, examples of success and alignment.

Key qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing project and campaign activation In-depth knowledge of digital channels (including paid media such as social and SEM) and how to leverage their full potential Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions (Power BI experience is a plus) Solid understanding of emerging digital and AI trends, with a sharp eye for strategic opportunities Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
