The Healthcare Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for UMP and its musculoskeletal practice partners throughout the country. This role will work closely with stakeholders and market leaders to create and implement strategies that drive new patient volume. This role will help manage search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, social media advertising and various online platform marketing initiatives.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals for new patient growthCreate and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, social media, email, digital video platforms and other paid media channelsDevelop and maintain website content, help improve SEO, user engagement and conversion rate of siteConduct market research, understand the target audience and identify marketing and growth opportunitiesUnderstand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement)Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistentlyTrack and analyze campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools; understands different mar-tech solutions around tracking, attribution and analyticsImplement and maintain KPI and ROI metrics; Ensure marketing metrics tie into business resultsStay up-to-date with latest best practices, technology and landscape in digital marketing Requirements

  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or New Media2+ years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing rolesProficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, Wordpress and other digital platformsExcellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategiesHealthcare experience is preferred
