Summary :The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives to enhance ThedaCare’s position in the health care market and support the organization’s overall growth goals.
This role will collaborate with the cross-functional Brand, Marketing & Communciations (BMC) team to coordinate marketing activities, utilize marketing technology, and summarize performance data for optimization of brand and marketing efforts. The Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that digital strategies are implemented effectively and that performance metrics are tracked and reported. Provides comprehensive support and assistance for day-to-day marketing activities, exercising independent judgment, creativity, accuracy and accountability.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

Leveraging advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends, optimizes online presence, engage target audiences effectively, and champion our brand-building goals.Assists in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including scheduling, content creation and deployment.Analyzes data-driven insights and stays at the forefront of digital innovations, ensuring the delivery of impactful results that significantly contribute to creating stronger value.Supports project and program planning.Builds and maintains strong relationships with partners, agencies, and vendors to support strategic BMC initiatives.Supports CRM, marketing automation, email nurture campaigns and digital patient acquisition campaigns.Provides tracking of BMC analytics and summarizes reports on results.Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital marketing or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing and digital strategy with a demonstrated track record of success; proficient with digital platforms and toolsets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiencies in digital and social communications.Highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
