Digital Marketing Specialist
Description The primary responsibilities of this role include executing various online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and improve marketing ROI. Also, the ideal candidate will have a good mix of strategic and analytical skills, coupled with a creative mindset. Responsibilities: + Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various digital channels (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, etc.) to reach marketing objectives. + Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Make data-driven recommendations for enhancement. + Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including content creation, email, and display advertising campaigns. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams - from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials. + Coordinate with advertising and media professionals to improve marketing results. + Provide insightful analysis and reporting on all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. + Keep abreast with industry trends, tools, digital marketing channels, best practices, promotional opportunities and other relevant updates. + Conduct and report on A/B testing across various digital channels. + Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field. + Proven work experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, particularly within the industry. + Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. + Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends). + Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. + Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. + Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. + Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines.
