We are seeking a detail-oriented Martec /Adtech Media Analytics Specialist to support our paid media operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in media tagging, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting. This person will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting of tags, as well as supporting audience creation and campaign analysis. A strong understanding of JavaScript, tag auditing tools (such as Adobe Debugger or Omnibug), and paid media is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Tagging and Implementation:Collaborate with media planning and Martech teams to implement and manage paid media tags across digital assets.Conduct audits of tag implementation using tools like Adobe Debugger, Omnibug, and browser developer tools to ensure correct data capture.Monitor and troubleshoot tag functionality and data accuracy across campaigns.Audience Segmentation and Creation:Work closely with media teams to define, create, and maintain audience segments for campaigns with Ga4 and Adobe audience manager.Analyze audience data and assist in refining targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.Campaign Reporting & Analysis:Support the media and analytics teams in developing, maintaining, and delivering reports on paid media performance.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.Assist with regular reporting on audience engagement and media efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience with tools/software applied to digital marketing analytics

Proven experience working with paid media tagging, implementation, and auditing.Amenability to work on hybrid work set up of 3x a week onsite and 2x a week work from home on mid shift/night shift work schedule.Proficient in JavaScript and capable of debugging complex tag-related issues.Hands-on experience with tag auditing tools such as Adobe Debugger, Omnibug, or browser developer tools.Experience in audience segmentation and creation for digital campaigns.Familiarity with paid media platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Adobe Analytics.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with tag management systems (TMS) such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.

Experience in campaign reporting and data visualization tools like DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI.Understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance related to data collection.
