The Marvin Creative Studio team is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute the Marvin Digital Marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in ensuring any Marvin digital channel including web, social, and search efforts effectively communicate our key brand messages and story. This role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute campaigns that expand brand relevance, create engagement, increase consideration, and drive sales.

 

The Specialist supports digital marketing activations by serving as the lead for brand-driven web updates, social media back-end operations, administration of

local dealer digital marketing campaigns and maintaining the web update calendar and roadmap. In this position, the Specialist will drive projects forward with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, exhibited through agile actions and collaboration. This individual will be supporting cross-functional teams from project planning through execution, and will be asked to demonstrate superior project management, proactive problem solving, and communication skills.  

Highlights of your role

Digital Marketing Support (Web, Social, Search)

Partner with the Digital Center of Excellence and Creative Studio team to effectively implement timely updates to the website that align with the Marvin brand and product portfolio. This includes maintenance of monthly and yearly web roadmap and calendar for marketing team updates. Prepare all necessary assets to support development of net new landing pages.Serve as the operations lead for all digital and social media platforms. This includes auditing our channels and providing recommendations on content refinements based on findings.Oversee Marvin web location/listing management strategy, ensuring all Marvin locations are properly listed, effectively communicate our brand story, and are responsive to customer inquiries. Other duties as assigned by Digital Marketing Manager.

Dealer and Partner Digital Marketing Campaign Administration

Collaborate with the Channel Marketing team, agency partners, and internal creative teams to provide multi-channel marketing assets that drive partner and audience engagement, business results and deepen relationships.Drive adoption of dealer marketing programs through impactful storytelling, relevant content, and enhanced reporting. Other duties as assigned within digital marketing campaign workstream.

Analytics and Results

Collect performance data from various platforms (including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and dashboards in Data Studio) on digital marketing initiatives to report on effectiveness to the Brand Team, including Marketing Analyst, and leverage the results to inform what’s working, what’s not, and why, with a focus on improving outcomes. Provide and present quarterly, annual – and on-demand – reporting on digital dealer campaign performance to various internal stakeholders.Recommend and institute operational changes to increase efficiency and quality and/or decrease costs associated with digital marketing initiatives and tools. Salary Range $60,898-81,197 You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Demonstrated experience with managing website updates and marketing campaign deliverables.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex data into applicable recommendations and business outcomes.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Comfort working in the gray to set a new standard for how Marvin marketing is leading the business.Strong organizational skills with experience managing digital marketing campaigns.Proven ability to create consistent routines while managing process ambiguity.Knowledge of marketing operations and useful/measurable KPIs/metrics.Experience extracting and mining data from various sources and translating to meaningful reports and insights. Also want to make sure you have 2-3 years of experience working in digital marketing in a product marketing, web experience, social media, or search (SEO/SEM) role.1-2 years of experience with SEM.Undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, analytics, or related field.Proficiency with social media and experience analyzing campaign performance. Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading project management.Experience in working with technical team members (i.e. product owners and developers) to execute digital projects and campaigns.Must be able to self-direct own activities utilizing effective time management and planning skills. Demonstrates a curiosity for, and an ability to, rapidly learn new concepts and acquire new skills.(Preferred qualification) Experience working in franchise or partner marketing.
