Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads campaigns and digital strategy to join Digital Lead Generation Team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize paid search strategies that drive measurable business results. The candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end campaign execution, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to maximize ROI.  

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
1. Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube platforms.
2. Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization. 
3. Drive demand generation campaign and that increase lead acquisition and nurture prospects through the marketing funnelPerformance Optimization:
1. Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI are met. 
2. Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to improve performance.  Data Analysis & Reporting:
1. Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
2. Use Google Analytics and other tools to track conversions and attribute sales/leads to campaigns. Budget Management:
1. Manage allocated budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximizing results.Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the content, website, and product teams to develop creative assets and align campaign strategies.
2. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

+ 3 Year of experience in digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on Google ads campaigns managementProven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable successProficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools (e.g., Tag Manager, Keyword Planner)Strong understanding of PPC campaign strategy, audience targeting, and bid management.  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.  Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.  Google Ads Certification is a plus.  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
