Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and deployment of email, and supporting all digital technology media for the enterprise. You will report to the Database Marketing Manager.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm

Pay Rate: $25.69/hour

Primary Tasks:

1.       You will build email Campaigns which includes list pulls, email builds (basic editing of HTML), QA/testing, scheduling, and basic reporting.

2.       Set up and administer numerous comprehensive email campaigns daily.

3.       You will develop master documents such as a promotions calendar, and cross-channel campaign schedule

4.       Collaborate with the Senior Email Marketing Specialist in preparation of creative requests.

5.       You will work in partnership with Marketing Analytics team and property Marketing departments to implement marketing plans.

6.       Build emails in HTML templates, troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, and source photo and graphics.

7.       Coordinates the schedule and asset allocation for digital marketing projects including company website, microsites, social media, digital signage, and marquees.

8.       Review website content for accuracy and compliance with regulations and style/brand guides.

9.       Generates data and lists for all Email programs and tracks campaign performance so that best practices can be applied to future Email campaigns.

10.      Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

·         Associates degree or two [2] years of directly related experience

·         Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, Excel.

·         Ability to perform data entry assignments, complete forms, documents, and written reports, analyze data and make sound recommendations.

·         Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

·         Ability to manage projects as assigned by the manager.

·         Previous marketing experience preferred.
