We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in advanced analytics and website management. As a crucial member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven digital marketing strategies, optimizing website performance, and coordinating various marketing projects. Your expertise in advanced analytics and website management will be essential in guiding decision-making and ensuring the success of our laboratory products and OEM marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Advanced Analytics:
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to stakeholders.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, presenting data-driven insights to support marketing decision-making and strategy refinement.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to set up and monitor A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Use all available consumer data to develop consumer behavior models and present data to leadership.Help organize and enhance the company’s CRM system and connect data sources with other companywide services.Website Management:
Oversee and maintain the company's website to ensure it reflects the latest branding, products, and services accurately.Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA4, Hubspot, and SEMRush), identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience and conversion rates.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, SEO experts, designers, and developers, to update and enhance website content and functionalities.Marketing Project Coordination:
Act as the central point of contact for marketing projects, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and timely execution across all stakeholders.Assist the Marketing Content Manager in developing and maintaining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.Track project progress, budgets, and resources, providing regular status updates to management and team members.Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating various marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising. Qualifications Proficiency in website management, content management systems (CMS), and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and customer behavior.Familiarity with SEO best practices and user experience design.Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field. Master of Business Administration preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Proven experience in advanced analytics, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power Bi, Excel, etc.).
