Heatcraft Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Magna Industrial and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.

Job Description

Location:  Stone Mountain, GA (Hybrid-Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work at home on Friday)

 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll develop and implement marketing communication programs and digital strategies that effectively describe and promote the organization, its products and its services. This role places a strong emphasis on digital marketing, including website management, SEO, social media, mobile applications and user experience (UI/UX). 

 

Coordinate the creation, optimization and placement of digital marketing content across multiple platforms, including external and internal-facing websites, social media channels and mobile applications.  Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.  Create and update user-centered digital assets such as graphics, website content, mobile app interfaces and other promotional materials to ensure consistency and engagement. Research and develop digital content that aligns with audience needs and digital trends, ensuring visibility and performance across platforms.  Customize digital advertising campaigns for local markets and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance.  Collaborate with outside agencies, designers and developers to prepare and implement digital advertising, email marketing and promotional campaigns.  Develop and manage engaging promotional material for use in virtual events, digital exhibitions, webinars and social media campaigns.  Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following: 

 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 1 year of related experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on digital marketing. Demonstrates expertise in website management, SEO optimization, social media marketing and user experience (UI/UX) principles. Proficiency in digital design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and tools for website and mobile app development. Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and improve campaign performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, impactful and user-centered content. Excellent project coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners. Familiarity with emerging digital trends, tools and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. 

 

We are open to this being a level II or III. The Compensation range for this position is approximately $61,000 - $96,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
