We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our PCRK team! The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and analytics, and be skilled in creating and executing marketing strategies that engage audiences, drive brand awareness, and support business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and generate customer leads across multiple platforms. Your primary focus will be working directly with our outsourced marketing company, leading the analysis and optimization of our digital marketing efforts while gathering the internal information necessary to effectively execute their strategies. This role requires collaboration and communication to ensure alignment between our goals and the marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility, optimize content for search engines, and drive organic traffic. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions, to increase client engagement and retention. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and user engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Manage social media accounts and curate content that promotes brand values and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels, to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging. Keep up with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing tools.
