Kemin Health is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team! In this role you willl be responsible for administering the core marketing technology platforms. This position is aligned closely with Business Unit (BU) Marketing teams, Creatives, IT, Project/Account managers, and the Digital Analyst to manage technology platforms. This includes asset storage and delivery needs. Additionally, this person will create and enforce processes, including retention, archival, and training for core technology systems. This person will also seek ways to leverage existing marketing technology to improve processes and ensure a consistent corporate message and brand.

In addition, we have a robust internship and externship program, and frequently host student tours.  Responsibilities Manage & administer Digital Marketing tools.Primary contact & internal technical expert on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation tool), and Digital Asset Management (DAM).Responsible for creative inbound marketing tool designs and enforcing design standards.Develop reports on key metrics and offer insights.Partner with Digital Analyst to automate reporting of monthly analytics for websites and digital marketing campaigns.Identify and execute on opportunities for new content, including multimedia and video.Partner with Digital Analyst on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) marketing efforts to increase traffic and lead generation.Understand individual BU technology needs and support the creation of digital solutions using the approved KI digital marketing toolset.Assist the marketing team with the digital creation of marketing, public relations, and
communication efforts.Assist with advertising and promotion activities, including print, point-of-sale, online,
electronic/interactive media, and direct mail.Work collaboratively with a diverse team on cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies to develop sales and marketing collateral; and to prepare and execute plans that support market expansion.Develop quarterly Digital News or Marketing Newsletter to provide tech insights/ideas/trends.Manage domain authority list and other Kemin.com lists. Liaison for the Digital Marketing department by tracking and managing projects from beginning to end.Provide excellent customer service.Working with outside agencies and vendors.Occasionally attending shows to represent Kemin to customers and other audiences.Assisting in the creative development for digital marketing campaigns.Preparing marketing activity reports.Other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations (specific background is dependent upon position focus) with 3+ years of experience;Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience;Additional related experience may substitute.One year of agency experience strongly preffered. Some design knowledge and experience with Canva is also preferred. SharePoint power user/admin experience.Previous corporate or agency experience in marketing/advertising, communications, and/or PR is highly desired. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects efficiently in order to meet deadlines.A reliable, flexible, self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under pressure as there is a high level of accountability for one’s work.High attention to detail, high accuracy, and some analytical abilities.The ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with customers, vendors, peers and all levels of management.Demonstrated achievement of meeting marketing objectives.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking skills.Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Other software may be required.Must have a marketing mentality as it relates to marketing products in the industry, with the ability to gather key information and translate into an exceptional promotional piece.A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution, and possession of a distinct sense of urgency.Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
