Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be working to build our brand, generate sales leads, maintain and monitor website content and traffic, and support the wider marketing team to deliver effective campaigns.

You’ll further your analytical skills through campaign reporting and use the Google Suite to uncover insights for effective marketing strategies.

Collaborating with teams across the organisation you'll not only build a versatile skill set but also deepen your understanding of how marketing plays a key role in the broader business strategy. 

From SEO to content management and direct marketing, the varied tasks will test your problem-solving skills and ensure you’re always learning.

In this key role you’ll

Monitor and share your insights on paid and organic search as well as sharing best practice advice to the Brand and Communications team  Set up custom reports to monitor and analyse website campaign performance to help meet our goals.  Engage with a variety of teams across Chubb to collate and upload content to the Chubb Website. Create and manage a dynamic content asset register for the website, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure we meet all regulatory compliance standards. Champion the development of dynamic direct marketing campaigns.

 

To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following 

Expertise in digital platforms, social media strategies, and content management systems (CMS) that drive engagement and enhance brand presence. Minimum 5 years of experience crafting digital media campaigns, including SEM and paid and organic campaigns gained in a structured corporate environment.  Experience in a variety of Content Management Systems (CMS), including Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress and SilverStripe, with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital solutions. Experience across the Google Suite with proficiency in Google ads, Looker Studio, and Search Console. Demonstrable understanding of best practices to enable the best customer experience.
