As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate as a cross-functional team dedicated to developing Michels' marketing strategy. This position will focus on creating and managing digital content including websites, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Analytics 4, Google My Business, HubSpot and databases. In addition, it is essential to be analytical, resourceful, decisive, and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Critical for success are strong interpersonal and content creation skills, acute attention to detail and the ability to be flexible and think creatively to determine new ways of doing things.

What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field, and 3+ years relevant experience, or equivalent combination
Expertise with digital tools, platforms, and trending strategies
Proficient in Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office Suite
Analyze success of marketing campaigns through metrics; evaluate analytics and impact of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to make recommendations to guide marketing initiatives and focus.
Create written and visual graphic content (e.g. websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, etc.)
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
