Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Location: Travel between Brussels, Antwerp, and Hasselt weekly.

Contract: 6 Months +

Responsibilities:

 

Develop and maintain project pages, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user engagement. Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and regularly updated across digital platforms. Plan, execute, and monitor HubSpot campaigns, including email workflows and landing pages. Create impactful POS materials, including brochures, flyers, and renders, aligned with brand identity. Develop engaging content for brochures, posters, and other offline marketing materials. Organize and manage regional events, handling logistics, coordination, and vendor relations. Engage with followers on social media, addressing queries and maintaining brand voice. Process and track purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely order management.

 

Requirements

 

A social, independent self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and projects. Experience in digital marketing, with a passion for offline initiatives. Proficiency with CMS platforms (preferably Umbraco) and campaign tools like HubSpot. Comfortable with copywriting for multiple formats (web, print, etc.). Willingness to travel weekly to locations in Antwerp, Flemish Brabant, and Limburg. Dutch-speaking with strong communication skills.
