Pay Rate: $73 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire Digital Marketing Specialist their team for an initial 12-month contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid, 1-2 days per week in office in Toronto.
The successful candidate will Contribute to the overall success of Email Marketing in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.
Responsibilities Include: Champion a customer-focused culture to enhance client relationships and leverage broader bank resources. Execute and adhere to quality control procedures and work back schedules for all email campaigns. Manage lead times with marketing and key stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of design and data points. Assist in reporting and various data pulls to analyze campaign performance. Make recommendations for improvements to batch and triggered email campaigns based on test results and key learnings. Perform quality assurance on campaigns to ensure proper rendering and obtain creative and legal approval. Report on email campaign performance using platforms like Responsys and Adobe Analytics. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as CASL, anti-spam laws, and privacy regulations.
Must Have Qualifications:
1+ year of prior Email Marketing experience.
Proficiency with an email marketing platform such as Responsys, Adobe Campaign, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Marketing accreditation or a 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
Prior experience in the financial industry or banking.
Previous experience with HTML.
Proficiency in French and/or Spanish.
Experience with project management tools or platforms such as Workfront.
