The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the digital marketing strategy for ChenMed’s public facing brands by, but not limited to the production of web assets, email nurture campaigns, web lead magnets, Salesforce campaign activation, website reports, and digital campaign activation. The incumbent's objective is to support the promotion of ChenMed brands as a leader in primary care for seniors by driving key company initiatives, as well as managing the integrity of digital assets across multiple ChenMed digital properties.The Ideal candidate will be a driven, self-motivated individual with technical and creative skills to support our digital marketing strategy, delivery, and sales processes. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a wide-range of verticals, ranging across marketing disciplines, as well as enjoy learning new marketing skills, studying new industries, and expanding disciplines.He/She will immerse themselves in the healthcare industry, as well as digital and inbound marketing strategies. Additionally, the incumbent will stay abreast of issues, trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for ChenMed brands.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaboratively executes the digital marketing strategy with a focus on attracting prospects to the website and online profilesBuilds and optimizes webpages and for paid media and organic campaignsManages the production of client digital deliverables, which could include drafting, designing, or producing deliverables individually or overseeing project with design or creative partnersMaintains a calendar of digital marketing production projects, keeping a schedule and communicating changes upstream to management and downstream to clientsCollaboratively reviews, contributes, and owns maintaining digital marketing strategies post-handoff from ChenMed digital strategists and digital marketing leadershipAssembles email campaigns and digital marketing journeys, at the direction of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager using a cloud-based email marketing systemTests email and web pages across deliverability tools ensure to content displays on devices accurately and functions as the design intendedCollaboratively manage campaign tagging (UTMs) for digital campaigns in project management boardCollaboratively builds/activates campaigns in Salesforce CRM for lead tracking and campaign performance monitoringReviews digital assets to ensure its aligned with CheMed’s branding, and web compliance standardsPerforms websites audits, ensuring accuracy and integrity of content being published on public facing websitesPulls and maintains month to month web reports to share with Senior Digital Marketing Manager, and digital leadershipCollaboratively submits requests with IT for app support and tests MarTech integrations prior to campaign deploymentPartners with patient experience team to review and publish consumer ratings/feedback on the public websitesAttends digital marketing webinars and trainings to learn to new strategies and trade-based toolsAttends daily digital marketing project sprint huddle for updatesAttends vendor weekly project steering meetings for campaign updatesSupports other members of the digital team with various tasks, which may include publishing content, troubleshooting digital tools, and providing access to digital pagesPerforms other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretionReports to the Senior Digital Marketing ManagerKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Must have excellent written skills and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.Takes initiative and is self-directed and is also comfortable at collaborating with multiple leaders.Curiosity and high aptitude for learning and experimenting.Ability to think through things critically and apply technology to solve marketing challengesGeneral working knowledge of HTML preferred but not required.Spoken and written fluency in English required.Working knowledge of CSS preferred is a plus but not required.Working knowledge of any professional web services disciplines such as UI/UX, SEO, Digital Analytics, or Web page building preferred.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:B.S. or B.A. or higher degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.2 years of experience in digital marketing or related marketing field.Working knowledge of CMS platforms, such as Drupal and WordPress or similar.Working knowledge of web analytics software, such as Google Analytics or similar.Working knowledge of CRM of software is such as SalesForce is preferred but not required.Working knowledge of design editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva is preferred but not requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel (pivot tables, multi-function formulas, and graphs), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Healthcare communication/marketing experience is a plus but not required.
