Digital Marketing Specialist - Strategic Planning & Marketing - Full Time

Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating digital assets to increase brand visibility and support business and strategic growth goals for the organization. The position requires web design skills to develop an online presence that ensures brand continuity and consistency for marketing and communications. This role will contribute to online marketing and communications efforts, including the Guthrie website and employee intranet, online ad buying and email marketing. 

This position reports to the Manager of Digital Strategy.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years in digital marketing. Experience and proficiency with the key digital strategies and tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, SEM, HTML, CSS, etc.)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or a related field required. 

 

Essential Functions

Create and execute on customized digital and social media marketing efforts, and provide regular analysis of campaign performance.  Create and maintain content on Guthrie.org and Guthrie.net, serving as department contact for internal customers for Intranet updates. Create and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to Guthrie.org. Create and execute on targeted email campaigns, and provide regular analysis of campaign performance. Review and post comments from the Press Ganey patient experience survey to provider profiles on the web site. Monitor social media and Google Analytics Monitor and report on competitors’ digital presence Maintain technical knowledge in digital marketing and emerging trends.
