The Digital Marketing Strategist on the Insurance Optimization Team will help support the planning, execution, optimization, and overall management of paid digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the paid digital marketing landscape, including the levers to optimize campaigns in Meta, YouTube, Google DV360, and Programmatic channels. This person will have hands-on experience extracting data from ad reporting platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics) and conducting data analysis and using data insights to develop and optimize marketing strategies. They will present findings and insights to internal stakeholders. The role requires a certain level of project management skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative team environment, and leading meetings with internal and external agencies.
This person should understand the digital ad ecosystem, including creative, audience targeting capabilities, bid strategies, optimization best practices, landing pages, content management, and how digital ads are tracked and measured both online and offline. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and brand lift studies for paid media advertising and landing page optimization is also required.
Note: This position focuses on optimization and strategy, investigating anomalies, and implementing countermeasures. It is not a hands-on keyboard role involving pulling the levers in the platform.
Responsibilities
Develop plans, execute, optimize and measure cross-channel strategies (Search, Aggregators, YouTube, CTV, Display, Streaming Audio) to achieve marketing objectives, such as building awareness or generating insurance leads.
Build out testing roadmaps for paid media campaigns and landing page optimization.
Work closely with Media Planning team to establish optimal budgets and marketing channel mixes that will yield the best results.
Measure, monitor & track all marketing KPIs. Collect and analyze metrics from advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, SA360, Invoca, ACE Tableau Phone Reports, etc... present findings and learnings from analysis, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance. Ensure channel benchmarks are being met or exceeded. Use insights to identify areas for growth or improvement and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Work with ad ops & technical teams to ensure proper tracking & measurement across all marketing channels. Includes implementation of floodlights, vendor pixels, campaign click trackers, 1x1s, and offline phone numbers.
Collaborate with internal teams on key projects including media planning, creative, product, sales, big data, E-business, analytics, content, and market research.
Investigate data anomalies and identify root causes of issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams like Big Data, E-Business, Product, Marketing, and external agencies to fix the issues.
Provide support in administrative functions related to media estimates and invoices.
Qualifications
4-6 years of paid digital marketing experience managing multi-million dollars campaigns in mid-large size companies required
Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred
Analyze performance results and make recommendations for next steps
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Office applications
Perform competitive analysis and develop strategic plans
Manage internal and external agency relationships
Must be a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
Time management and prioritization skills.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$94,900.00 - $126,500.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
