Digital Marketing Strategist

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategic execution of our digital marketing efforts. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and measurable growth through innovative online strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution skills. This position is an individual contributor role and does not involve direct team management. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development and Execution + Develop, implement, and manage smart and innovative strategies relative to all digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, PPC, social media, email marketing, influencer coordination, etc. + Develop and execute multi channel lead generation strategies that align with our marketing objectives, and deliver the highest level of impact. + Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with our marketing objectives, focusing on brand recognition and awareness, as well as public education. + Develop and implement creative and innovative strategic marketing campaigns to drive exponential growth. + Participate in strategic partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand reach and awareness. + Analyze audience insights to refine targeting and maximize engagement across organic and paid marketing channels. + Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven insights. + Collaborate with content and design to create engaging and targeted designs and ad copy for digital advertising campaigns. + Regularly serve as the strategic partner to all stakeholders for digital marketing-related projects. Social Media Management + Oversee social media strategy, ensuring growth in our reach, as well as a consistent brand voice and engagement level across all social platforms. Analytics and Reporting + Track the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and analyze performance as a whole, as well as platform-specific analytics. + Prepare regular reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. + Measure live virtual event success, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for future event enhancements. Webinars/Live Events + Coordinate, organize, and manage live webinar events. + Oversee the promotion of these events across organic, paid, and social. Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and growth. + Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms. + Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM (Salesforce), Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). + Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and website analytics. + Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategies. + Exceptional communication and project management skills. + Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with company growth objectives. + Proven track record of developing, managing and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns across B2C verticals to achieve exponential growth and deliver the highest possible results with maximum marketing return on investment. + Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. + Positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communications skills. + Expertise/skills with both learning and sharing. + Professional and adept, with the ability to embrace technology and automation. + Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and analyze tasks. + Adept at taking direction and applying it with accuracy and innovation. + Culture champion: + An individual who exemplifies our core values and cultural values, like honesty, trust, having a good work ethic and pursuit of continuous self-improvement.
