Job Description:At Regions, the Marketing Digital Strategist creates and manages digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition with measurable results.
Primary Responsibilities
Gathers, synthesizes, and applies digital and traditional media insights to form strategiesLeads strategy development and delivery of digital and traditional marketing to various audiences across multiple channels; channels include content, display, search, social media, print, Out of Home, terrestrial and digital audio, and linear and digital videoCommunicates media strategies to business partners and stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiativesEnsures alignment of digital media and messaging across all channelsDevelops success metrics, and tracks performance against goals and budgetEvaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateDevelops test-and-learn strategies as appropriate to test new opportunities or to evaluate value of programsEnsures paid media strategies are executed within strict conformance with risk, security, and other applicable standards and support the development of new standards for evolving channelsProvides guidance to junior strategists on occasionThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fieldThree (3) years of experience in consumer advertising strategies, preferably in digital acquisition or traditional paid mediaPreferences
Experience executing out of home, print, radio, and television campaignsExperience in the oversight and management of media campaigns across several channelsAdvanced understanding of digital marketing including display, email, mobile, native, retargeting, search, social and videoExperience in paid media acquisition/growth campaignsBe a thought leader who can share trends and behaviors on digital media to optimize existing platforms as well as properties that are not currently used or that are underutilizedSkills and Competencies

Preference for experience in paid media acquisition/growth campaignsThis position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.
