Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our dynamic digital marketing operations team. In this position, your primary responsibility is to lead a team of talents to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and automation processes as well as Search Engine Optimization and website management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website and SEO management, possess skills in marketing automation, and demonstrate a technical understanding of using data, automated journeys, and triggers to build engaging customer journeys across the digital marketing stack.
Responsibilities:Create a roadmap and develop strategies to achieve the team's goals. This involves creating action plans, setting deadlines, and allocating resources efficientlyDelegate tasks to individual team members based on their skills, knowledge, and expertise. Effective delegation helps in distributing workload, fostering teamwork, and enhancing productivityBe a mentor and provide guidance to team members whenever they face challenges or require assistance. This includes coaching, training, and mentoring team members to help them develop their skills and improve performanceFostering a sense of unity, cooperation, and teamwork among team members. Encourage collaboration, promote a positive team culture, and recognize and appreciate individual and team achievementsRepresent your team in meetings, communicate with other departments or partners, and coordinate efforts with other teams. Acting as a liaison ensures effective communication and collaboration across different areas of the organizationContribute to our culture of data-driven continuous improvement by interpreting digital program metrics and adjusting execution to produce better results.Collaborate with corporate digital marketing colleagues to enhance our division’s access to the company’s technology stack and internal resources; participate in pilot programs.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry standards to drive continuous improvementParticipate in Scrum ceremonies and follow Agile principlesBe available during off-hours to participate in daily standups and attend meetings with peers based in the US as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldExperienced in digital marketing with over 6 years with minimum 2 years in leading a team is desirableProficiency in email marketing platforms (Oracle Eloqua preferred) and marketing automation tools (Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) preferred)Knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance analysis.Proven understanding of email marketing standard processes, deliverability, list management and segmentation strategiesUnderstanding of GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act regulationsExcellent project management skills (Workfront knowledge preferred), with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlinesStrong communication (English) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentContinuous learning attitude, staying updated with emerging email marketing technologies and trends
