Your RoleTechnogym is seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager, as part of our dynamic digital marketing team, to lead the implementation of our media strategy. In this role you will develop and implement effective digital media plans to recruit new users worldwide, run lead generation, drive revenues and grow the omnichannel business.
This role will be key in nurturing the growth marketing machine efforts through online platforms, social media, third parties media networks, programmatic and digital tools, as well as developing and executing marketing plans to reach targets for building global brand awareness.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage, optimize & scale our media spend across digital platforms, help coordinate SEO/SEA efforts with ecommerce team, and oversee our advertising strategy for both acquisition and remarketing/retention. Your responsibilities will also include developing advertising plans and executing a calendar for campaigns on Google/Meta/TikTok/third parties players/etc. and new experimental channels.
In addition to this, you will also work for driving growth and visibility through strategic digital campaign initiatives to grow the brand’s digital result programs and support the ongoing evolution of the CRM and growth machine.
Your ImpactDevelop digital media strategy to achieve set business and brand equity objectives
Manage all main media channels in adherence with target KPIs (Engagement, Traffic, Search growth, ROAS, Revenue)
Maintain relationships and collaboration across other marketing departments and internal stakeholders as well as agency partners
Coordinate the media agency ensuring consistency of plans, timely start of campaigns and their analysis and measurement
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to set a multichannel strategy and follow up with action points
Provide local input and insights for central and local campaigns into the central teams
Prepare analytics & reporting dashboards to be shared across markets and the full organization
Lead paid media content briefs in closer partnership with social team and partner with e-commerce team on day-to-day support for traffic generation, conversions and journey optimization
Work on growing brand awareness globally recommending digital media strategies consistent with brand identity and company goals
Collaborate with internal HQ teams to build cohesive cross-platform campaign strategies
Monitor campaigns in real-time, making recommendations for continuous improvement and analyses to quantify their impact and effectiveness
Define engagement and audience growth goals and create a roadmap to reach those goals
Create and maintain Digital Performance calendar and strategize media plans to produce result driven ROI
Own the budgeting/forecasting process for media spend
Manage end-to-end digital projects and collateral both internally and with external agencies
Stay up-to-date with creative, digital and social media developments while monitoring consumer and competitive landscape for new trends

What you should bring:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a similar field
5+ years of experience as a Digital Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role
Experience in launching new products or Integrated Marketing Campaigns cross channel
Proven working experience as a digital media professional (preferably from luxury/tech/sport consumer brands or modern lifestyle space experiences)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Well versed in media planning and digital campaign optimization
Experience with optimizing Social Media, CTV, Google, CRM, etc.
Ability to assimilate digital market research, surveys, and data analytics into digital marketing and brand strategies
Proficiency in budget management and experience in working with external media agencies
Ability to partner across business and communications team on plans and deliverables
