Contribute to achievement of corporate objectives by managing the design, development, and production of digital media projects and content distribution to multiple platforms.

Provide leadership and counsel for business-partner requests for digital media projects

Responsible for design, graphic, and animation development of projects; determine the overall look, tone, and style of digital media projects and ensure that project uniformity and brand integrity are maintained through production style guides, including layouts and templates

Interact with the Brand Management Team to uphold brand standards and copyright retention

Produce video, audio, graphics, and digital media projects

Understand the technical limitations and requirements of each project

Resolve any production issues and provide answers and appropriate expertise in answering technical questions from internal and external clients

Contribute to pricing and budget definition for proposals

Negotiate with vendors and freelancers for production, design, writing, programming, transcription, duplication and distribution services

Maintain digital media equipment

Conduct external research and training to maintain expertise on new delivery mediums that drive engagement and comprehension

Deliver final products to clients within approved budgets and deadlines

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor's degree in New Media, Visual Communications, Design, Marketing, Business or related or equivalent experience

2+ years professional experience in Digital Media production with some experience in Internet technologies, development, and support

Experience with audio, video, and other multi-media formats

Art Direction experience in both print and digital media

Strong skills in products such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop, Final Cut Studio and Motion

Strong project leadership and strategic planning skills

Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, handling multiple priorities, changing deadlines and constant interruption

Experience working on and leading cross-department relationships to accomplish design projects

Excellent presentation and conceptual skills

Self-motivated, positive attitude, strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Proven record of accountability

Exposure to application interface and online advertisement design

A broad knowledge of current design trends and techniques for web

Understanding of Web site priorities, product development, audience needs, site traffic, and page views

Excellent verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to speak in group situations with clear and concise communication

Strong writing, editing, communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills; ability to write documentation and reports that are clear, complete, and understood by both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $51,000.00 - $85,500.00
