The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops, and delivers an extraordinary shopping experience for Apple Store Online customers across all of our digital platforms. In this role, you will drive worldwide digital merchandising strategies for the Education segment. This is a highly collaborative role that requires exceptional abilities to develop effective cross-functional relationships, establish and maintain processes, and the ability to operate at a strategic level while executing flawlessly at a tactical level.
**Description**
This role will lead the global digital merchandising strategy and execution plan for the Apple Store Online’s Education segment. Core responsibilities include defining content strategy and merchandising plans for the Education customer, developing new content experiences, leading the digital merchandising of the back-to-school campaign globally, and optimizing Mac merchandising across online store platforms. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with cross functional stakeholders on Education content, product priorities, Apple Retail and brand values stories, and merchandising plans. Develop creative briefs for Education merchandising experiences, content, and assets. Plan, manage, implement, and measure success of merchandising deliverables for key campaigns and offers as well as product launches in the Education segment. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize the customer experience for the Education customer through online merchandising.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 7+ years experience in digital merchandising, marketing, customer experience, digital commerce, or equivalent experience.
+ Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to define shopping journeys and build innovative customer experiences.
+ Proven analytical and numerical proficiency, able to analyze data, and present findings through storytelling.

+ Demonstrated ability to define and achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
+ Experience working on complex, global, large-scale, time-critical projects.
+ Proficient in site analytics, and experienced partnering with Analytics teams to analyze data to extract actionable insights, and translate them into clear recommendations and plans.
+ Outstanding ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and gain alignment.
+ BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
