Digital Operational Analyst

**Introduction**
As part of the iX Experience Design & Marketing Platform Practice, the role is responsible for manging the developed digital experiences deployed at various venues.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Manage, maintain and ensuring the healthiness of various digital applications and experiences in production
* Troubleshoot and maintain configurations and/or scripts for deployment and starting executables
* Monitor system performance, escalate application and/or hardware issues to designated contact points
* Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with end-users on issue identification, mitigation and workarounds
* Document and maintain procedures for issue resolution
* Provide stand-by and ad-hoc support at non-office hours
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Diploma or Higher Diploma graduate, preferably in Information Technology or related disciplines
* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
* Good command in both spoken and written English
* Good command in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Experienced in digital kiosk IT solutions is an absolute advantage
* Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) for database querying
* Good technical skill on Windows and mobile applications
