Our client seeks a tech-savvy Digital Operations Assistant to streamline their technological and administrative operations. This role will address their current challenges with clerical and tech-related tasks that require technological proficiency. The position will help scale operations by implementing efficient digital solutions, managing multiple platforms, and providing advanced technical support to allow the core team to focus on content creation.
The Impact you’ll makeTechnical Platform Management \nMaster and manage multiple platforms (Typeform, Webflow, Circle, Beehive)\nImplement and optimize automation solutions\nCreate and maintain efficient digital workflows\nIntegrate various tools to improve productivity\nDigital Content Support \nEdit and repurpose video content for short-form platforms\nManage social media content scheduling and posting\nSupport community engagement through the Circle platform\nCreate and optimize digital forms and surveys\nAdvanced Administrative Operations \nManage complex email and calendar systems\nHandle email list segmentation and management\nSupport basic bookkeeping with technical tools\nCreate and maintain digital documentation\nSystem Integration & Optimization \nIdentify and implement efficiency improvements using AI tools\nManage cross-platform data and workflows\nTroubleshoot technical issues across platforms\nDevelop and document technical processes\n
