**Job Description:**
**Job Summary** **:** The Senior bCom Analyst allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them. The primary services provided are: Accounts creation, modification and closure for the bCom site. This position requires a high level of customer service, prioritization and teamwork skills.
**Duties and responsibilities:**
Responsible for monitoring respective bCom work queues for new requests
Issue resolution, respecting the cycle time, leveraging work load within a team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Customer account maintenance in VSRM/bCom and Salesforce:
+ Creating new accounts
+ Updating existing accounts
+ Deactivations and reactivations
+ Granting user access
Processing changes to business objects, like accounts, contacts, within VSRM application.
Assignment to tasks connected with bCom UAT Monthly Testing, and Release Testing.
Ensures adherence to 3M policies, guidelines, and procedures as required for the effectiveness and quality of the services provided.
Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project coordination.
Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives.
Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
**Qualifications**
**Education and experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher
+ Minimum2-3years of customer service, finance or supply chain experience
+ Minimum 1 year experience using Salesforce CRM tool
+ Previous experience inB2B sales is an advantage
**Knowledge and skills:**
+ Ability to communicate in English at a high level (in speech and writing)
+ Must be a self-starter with the ability to function with minimal day to day direction
+ Analytical and meticulous approach to the tasks entrusted.
+ Ability to solve problems and communicate properly
+ Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
+ Uses a collaborative and teamwork-based approach to tasks
