Job DescriptionAs a Digital Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for working with NBC Local Product and Tech teams for Ad Operations QA of video web, mobile web, app and OTT products. You will also work with account teams to gather all digital campaign media assets and executing all campaigns in the ad servers.
The Sales Operations team works side-by-side with the planning and sales team to ensure that advertising campaigns run smoothly and exceed client expectations. We are looking for a detail oriented, technically savvy, problem solver with superior customer service skills and leadership qualities to join our team today.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot any ad serving issues that arise and work with internal and external key stakeholders to resolveTrain, support and manage communication with external and internal teams and serve as the technical experts of our systems (Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, and Operative One). Prior to releases, review and signoff on all elements of ad digital products and the ad serving technology stack as needed. This applies to the video ad server, video player, display ad server and 3rd party channel partners.Gathering of all digital campaign media assetsEnsuring media is delivered to published specifications and lead timeProcessing of all first party hosted creative and the hand of all assets to our various internal sales ops team.Direct interaction with Digital Media Advertising Sales Team and Clients to ensure campaign fulfillmentTrafficking all campaign elements in our DFP Premium and Freewheel ad servers.Interact with sales marketing/site leaders to schedule campaigns for calendar-based sponsorships and eventsFunctional knowledge on trafficking campaigns in DFP Premium, FreeWheel, Operative.Must be able to pull third and first party reportingMust be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of Ad Operations team. Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical.Experience handling large volume of emails and multiple ongoing campaignsMust be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy.Work closely with sales, inventory management, marketing and product development teams to review, resolve and respond to each inbound request.Provide ad operational support to our 12 NBC Local Stations, 23 Telemundo Local Stations and 3 RSNs stationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.1+ year of experience in Sales Operations.Eligibility Requirements:
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.Desire to work in the entertainment media industry which requires availability during weekends if we are supporting a live event.Must be 18 years or older.Desired Characteristics:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Monday and Friday virtual, Tuesday - Thursday on-site with flexibility to adjust as business needs dictate.

Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 (overtime eligible)
