The Digital Partner Sales (In-Direct Channel Sales Professional) will play a critical role in building and nurturing a network of partners, leveraging the key elements of our SI B Partner Program. This role involves onboarding new partners, providing comprehensive training, and supporting partner-driven sales initiatives. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing partner engagement and driving revenue growth through high velocity/transactional partner recruiting 

As a Digital Partner Sales, you will:  

Partner Ecosystem Development:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, including OEMs, Distributors, and System IntegratorsFacilitate the partner onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration into the ecosystem.Create and deliver tailored onboarding programs, including technical and sales training, to equip partners with the necessary knowledge and tools.Utilize resources such as global partner portal, highspot, and global marketing materials to facilitate effective partner training.Maintain strong relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and resources to enhance their ability to sell and deliver software products.Utilize a differentiated scorecard system to evaluate partner performance and provide feedbackCollaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies to drive sales and increase market share, where applicable (mandatory for premium partners)Monitor and report on partner sales performance, using scorecard metrics to identify areas for improvement.Ensure partners adhere to the standards and expectations set by the SI B global partner program, including compliance with program levels, requirement for training, and rewards structures.Promote partner engagement through participation in partner councils and other collaborative forums.Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive dynamics, informing partner strategies and program adjustmentCollaborate with LCB SW Sales Enablement and Global Ecosystem Partner Management team to provide feedback and seek ‘best in class’ approach based on local strategy and global best practices

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. A technical background or inclination is required.5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology sectorDemonstrated Experience growing ecosystem partner, focused on high velocity growthProven experience in developing and managing partner ecosystems, with a strong understanding of indirect sales strategies.Demonstrated Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and motivate partners.Demonstrated Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
