**We are seeking a results-driven Digital Performance Manager with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to drive digital marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and optimize performance across digital channels. This role will lead the development and execution of data-driven campaigns to achieve measurable growth and customer satisfaction.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Performance Marketing Strategy:
2. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
3. Oversee performance metrics across key channels including paid search, social media, email, and CRM-driven campaigns.
4. CRM Management:
5. Manage and optimize the CRM platform to ensure effective audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create personalized, automated campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
7. Analyze CRM data to identify trends and actionable insights.
8. Campaign Execution and Optimization:
9. Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns.
10. Use A/B testing and other methodologies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
11. Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
12. Analytics and Reporting:
13. Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.
14. Leverage data analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
15. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
16. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, and global, to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
**Experience & Requirements**
+ 3-5+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing analytics roles.
+ Proven track record in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
**About your compensation**
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
Full-time, base annual salary ranges between $90,000 to $110,000.
