Digital Performance Manager (Nutrition Division)
Report to: Head of Digital & Media Working Location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, HCMC **_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_** **Performance marketing:** + Collaborate with brand teams to manage all owned and vendor digital marketing channels including social channels, affiliates, website, CRM on Acquisition campaign. + Actively liaise with agency on daily basis to monitor daily performance in adherence to monthly targets. + Overseeing budget between channels towards best media mix, analyze Digital performance to provide insight and optimization towards all success metrics. + Proactively figure issues, propose media solution with a quick turnaround whenever there is a defined causes that negative impact to campaign performance. + Coordinate closely with CRM team to monitor on-going Lead volume, quality metrics and New User target. **Direct to Customer:** + Co-work with Brand Manager to set online sales target. + Build digital plan and manage agency that achieve the target with efficient ROI. + Manage website implementation and digital tracking tool including GA4, E-Commerce report. + Explore new digital channels / innovation that help grow D2C penetration. + Conduct A/B test and learn that enforce best tactics and initiatives. + Support and guide brand team on schemes and creative production that maximize performance by different channels. **_MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED_** + Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or relevant majors. + A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Digital Media, Performance Marketing, prefer candidate with agencies background. + A solid understanding of the use of social media channels (Facebook, Google, Tiktok,..), strong performance optimization knowledge, especially regarding lower funnel. + Able to work under high pressure and fast-paced environment. + Highly responsible and self-motivated personality. + Organizational skills set with effective communication and ability to multitask. + Data-driven, analytical and quick sense of numbers are a must. + Proficiency in verbal / non-verbal English.
