WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

 

We are looking for a digital experience specialist who can perform data gathering, insighting and optimizing the performance of different digital platforms. This position will be responsible for assisting in the gathering and analysis of both quantiative and qualitative data coming from different sources such as, raw website data, google analytics, similar web, and feedback coming from end-users. You will also help in formulate strategies to further optimize current and future platforms, coming from performance learnings and learnings, as well as manage existing and new platforms. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as Brand, CX, Data and Foresight, Sales, and Creatives. You should also have excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

Performance Measurement & Reporting

Collaborates with IT, CX and Digital on report requirements needed to prepare presentations to stakeholders, and analyze current performance from several sources such as campaign, website, sales, and third-party providers. Ensures integrity of data by checking completeness and accuracy.

Data Monitoring and Gathering

Monitors and tracks digital performance using website performance monitoring tools such as but not limited to, GA4, PowerBI dashboards, or Similarweb. Participates in fieldwork and user experience research to better understand end-users and unconver insights to be used in report and strategy creation.

Digital Strategy Creation

Works with Digital Experience Manager, Brand, IT and CX in crafting strategies in executing new features, platform innovation, and process optimization backed by data and insights, that help address both user goals and business objectives.

Platform Management

Manages existing and future platforms, and works together with IT and stakeholders on requirements, starting from planning, development, deployment and maintenance. Works on future enhancements and deployment of new features

Others (If applicable)

Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Graduate degree in Marketing, Business 3 years of experience in digital user experience, preferably in the FMCG, Fintech, or digital advertising industry. Should also have a strong knowledge of website analytics and usability metrics. Fluency in English and Tagalog

 

Functional Skills:

Knowledge of and experience in working in the field of digital, specific to websites and / or apps, preferably within FMCG, Financial or IT/Mobile industries

Knowledge of and experience in creating reports and crafting strategies backed by multiple data sources

Knowledge in auditing digital data points implemented on websites such as GTM tags, and/or market automation tool tags

Proven ability to manage complex projects with a performance and analytical mindset - Have proven ability to work within a technical environment

Organized and able to manage and work effectively with multiple stakeholders in crossfunctional teams

Self-motivated and a team-player

Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 

Able to work well in a fast-paced, consensus-driven, diverse environment
