Principle Responsibilities

Drive the delivery of digital onboarding journey under Agile methodology and maximize business growthAct as a Product Owner to drive the end to end solution design from front-end to back-end, define product roadmap, prioritize product backlog, translate strategies to development tasksBe responsible to write epics and user stories, define acceptance criteria, identify risks and issues to ensure in compliance with local, Global and regulatory standards and policies Able to execute an idea from initiation, discovery, design, development to launch through collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, scrum master, UX/UI, technology, first/second line of defense and external vendorsManage sales analytics and data-driven insights to provide recommendation for performance improvement, including but not limited to improve conversion, refine communication strategies to grow digital customers, and leverage data to enhance Customer Life Cycle ManagementBuild strong relationship with cross-functional teams to ensure the scrum team and wider team are all aligned to ensure success, and everyone understands the priorities and end state vision of the productDeliver an excellent digital journey through keeping track of industry trends, analyzing web analytics, and understanding customer behaviours
