This role focuses on supporting and enhancing the customer experience with subscription products,one of them being Access Medicine. What is this role about? As a Digital Platform Trainer you will be collaborating with the Customer Success team and working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to understand training needs and develop basic training plans for medical institution’s/colleges/universities. The aims to support a targeted group of customers, enhance usage, and contribute to customer satisfaction and engagement. What will you be doing? Conduct Web-based trainings and traveling to deliver in-person trainings to promote product features and functionality to our customers who are students and faculties from medical colleges and universities Identify customer specific training needs to improve the user experience and overall usage of our digital products Utilize data and analytics for decision making, identifying at-risk accounts that have not optimized usage potential, mostly used tool Salesforce, CRM, Excel, Tableau Create a communication plan that will educate faculty, librarians, and students of the available resources Track activities using internal systems (Outlook. Box, Asana, Google Docs, etc.) and report on the success of the customer outreach provided to the renewal rate and upgrades or new product sales We are looking for someone: A bachelor’s degree in medical education/ science is preferred Having a minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analytics Good to have prior experience in working in medical market place Proven prior experience in working on Data Analytics tools such Excel, Salesforce, CRM, Tableau Willingness to travel at least 20% of your time to colleges/universities in Northern India Why work with us?
