Position Purpose:
Seeking world-class talent to join the world’s leading distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts and value-added services operating 5,500+ locations and servicing more than 20,000 locations in the U.S and Canada. Specifically, this role will function as the Channel Manager for B2B Digital Ecommerce Fleet Maintenance Platforms to help build the best-in-class experience and strategy for the next generation ecommerce platforms for NAPA Vendor Managed Inventory solutions. Working with a highly talented team, you'll play a key role to build and run one of the world’s largest automotive and industrial replacement parts operations.
The Digital Platforms Manager is responsible for creating the strategy and assessing business needs and working with internal teams to find the fastest way to achieve value around those needs. The role focuses on owning the relationship with our external Fleet Management partners and IBS (Vendor Managed Inventory) business by delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer experience. Within their designated enterprise product line, Digital Platforms Managers work closely with teams of product, content data analysts, developers, integrations specialists, and our NAPA IBS (Integrated Business Solutions) business partners.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Responsible for driving strategy and sales growth within assigned Fleet Management partners.Responsible for developing new partnerships with Fleet Management partnersManaging portfolio of partners to achieve long term success.Developing sales forecasts, setting targets, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals through channel partners.Develop positive professional relationships with NAPA’s Fleet Management partners.Proactively anticipating key platform changes to improve customer experience and driver more sales.Develop analytics on partnership status looking into sales numbers, user experience and others.Provide monthly status updates to leadership.Document requirements (functional and non-functional) and partnering with product for new development.Drive prioritization of JIRAs and data needs and represent business throughout technology development process.Other duties as assigned.Location:
GPC has two work locations to choose from, Duluth or Atlanta office.We offer a Flexible Work Policy that permits eligible employees to work a hybrid remote schedule.Desired Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred8 years of experience in Vendor Managed Inventory & Fleet Management account/channel management or other roles that require partner/vendor relationship interactionStrong communication, leadership, and project management skillsDemonstrated experience with analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to use data and formulate plans.Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skillsExperience in the B2B wholesale and retail business is a plusExcellent oral and written communicationAnalytical and problem-solving skillsExhibit strong leadership, problem solving, and time management capabilitiesHighly disciplined, self-starterNot the right fit?
