Digital Platforms Program Manager (Operations) **Description** We are looking for an experienced Operations/Manufacturing project manager, with vast knowledge in MFG Processes and supporting roles, as well as have a global experience in project management, software enhancement and deployment in the MFG space (ie, SAP, MES applications, Smart Factory, etc.) **Key Responsibilities** As an Operation Digital Platforms Project Manager, you will be responsible to: + Develop a digital vision/strategy for the function aligned to the Org strategy + Identify gaps and opportunities to drive digital transformation + Develop alternative with solutions partners + Drive Value / ROI Analysis with BU, Finance + Drive functional alignment between strategic goals and key business decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers; organization; capabilities; and key business and IT initiatives. + Drive process standardization & business metrics within their process area Benchmark end-to-end best practice + Program management of various large cross functional programs and continuous improvement initiatives - Plan, Resource, Budget, Risk, Oversee Implementation + Plan and drive change mgmt. activities **Skills Required** + Deep Operations functional & cross-functional knowledge + Strong Program Management + Business process mapping and redesign; Solution development skills + Effective communication skills + Ability to work independently and influence decisions at executive levels, and drive programs to completion; Leadership and driving decisions across the organization (downward, across, upward) + Travel may be required while on project Negotiate with customers to design solutions to address complex cross functional needs. Identifies BKM's for integrated solution design and standards; Keeps abreast of technologies in the market and preform technology evaluations, as required. Works with multiple vendors for high quality resources and competitiveness Perform and document software application configuration and/or coding, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions using standard tools and following established processes and guidelines. Supervises work of contract developers. Perform Quality assurance. Monitors specific IT systems or set of systems for availability and performance and reports anomalies through predefined process. Participate in evaluation/recommendation of patches, point releases, major upgrades, and new systems. Provides and/or oversees support services to GIS customers for specific IT service or set of services. Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction. Completes root cause analysis of outages or incident trends (often working with managed services partner). In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
