The role involves a combination of technical skills, strategic thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams. As a web platform specialist, you will collaborate with the digital content, web development and IS teams to identify opportunities for improving platform scalability and site performance. Assists in the day-to-day operations of our web platforms, ensuring its reliability, functionality and performance; conduct user testing and interpret user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions and functionality; assist in implementing accessibility best practices to ensure products and domains are user-friendly; assist in implementing digital strategies that align with SEO goals; conduct website audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions; participates in the strategic planning process and develops digital marketing initiatives. Contents are subject to change at the company’s discretion. **Education** Required – Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, writing, digital media or related field. **Work Experience** Required – 3 years of experience in web and platform management and content creation. Preferred – 3 years of experience in platform management, content creation for web, content management systems (CMS), social media and Google Analytics. **Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)** + Analytical skills and ability to use logic to formulate solutions to problems. + Knowledge of user interface (UI)/user experience (UX), WCAG/ADA and search engine optimization. + Knowledge of SEO strategies and tools, including technical SEO enhancements. + Organizational skills and ability to pay acute attention to detail to produce accurate, high-quality work. + Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. + Knowledge of web and discoverability platforms, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite and content management systems. + Time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptions. + Ability to have reliable transportation to travel throughout and in between locations and occasionally out of town. + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and extended hours. **Job Duties** + Works proficiently in digital web platforms to improve the user experience of our products and domains. + Monitors accessibility and quality assurance concerns to ensure optimal website functionality. + Implements optimizations to enhance user engagement and experience in conversational AI chatbot. + Implements UX optimization strategies based on user feedback and testing results of our domains. + Monitors website performance by using SEO tools to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve website performance. + Supports the creation and management of web projects for optimal user experience. + Reviews analytics reports and user behavior to gain knowledge of digital marketing strategy, track return on investment (ROI), bring new ideas and trends to team and inform decisions on optimizations and website enhancements. + Collaborates with web development, digital marketing and information services to enhance features and functionality of web/digital presence. + Assists in managing relationships with vendors to drive development, implementation and optimizations of platforms and products. + Participates in the strategic planning process for clients and assists with web projects and optimization. + Develops and builds online digital marketing strategic initiatives that deliver measurable return on investment. **Physical and Environmental Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
