In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you are expected to assist in rolling out exemplary program management services, such as integrated planning and stakeholder engagement. As a Senior Associate, you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while focusing on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. This role involves collaborating with senior program leadership, delivering large complex programs, and developing strategies to enhance client engagement significance.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- PMP/PRINCE2/MSP certification preferred

- CSM/PSM certification preferred

- Excelling in program management and project assurance

- Implementing large complex system transformation initiatives

- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

- Building and maintaining productive client relationships

- Developing impactful client engagement strategies

- Strength in proposal writing and delivery skills
