Digital Portfolio Analyst

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more assigned projects. The role involved proactively managing schedules, resources, cost and quality of projects to ensure business objectives are achieved.

The Project Manager leverages business and technical knowledge, delivery best practices and internal governance processes and standards.

Establish and manage project plans across the dimensions of schedule, cost, scope, and quality Use disciplined project management methodology and standard SDLC templates to define scope, develop project plan and execute projects Identify and gather the resources to complete the project Set priority, allocate tasks, and coordinate with project staff to meet project targets and milestones Understand logical dependencies, identify critical path, communicate, and escalate key tasks to team members accordingly Proactively identify variances to plan and work with stakeholders to formulate appropriate mitigation plans Use established processes to solicit and document project risk Understand the technical aspects and desired business outcomes of the project to anticipate issues while driving results Produce deliverables for Digital OPEX / CAPEX initiatives and meets all customer needs as part of financial close, forecast, and planning processes Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, key stakeholders, and external customers as needed on status, risks, and accomplishments to ensure alignment with the overall project goals Manage project change requests Track and record all expenses or costs incurred, including capital expenditures and labor costs Delivery experience as a senior project or program manager MS/BS degree in business, software development, OR a background in business, technology, product development and management Program and / or Project management certifications (PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, PgMP) Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) Ability to lead through influence, engage, develop, and empower people effectively; strong self-motivator, with a contagious ability to spread energy to team Strong communication, collaboration and change management skills Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities High level of organization and attention to detail with ability to piece together multiple moving parts Ability to build trust and effectively resolve conflict Project Management Budgeting and Forecasting Agile Engineering Good knowledge of insurance, finance or retail services value chain, particularly in aligned domain Strong knowledge of project management tools including Jira and Clarity
