We are seeking a senior leader to lead our Digital Operational Enablement Portfolio (OEP). This role will drive our five-year strategy to enhance user experience through automation, vendor partnerships, generative AI and in-house development, all based on value driven priorities. As a key leader in the Digital Product Management organization, you will play a critical role in transformation of the enterprise to leverage data, partnerships, and contribute to our Firm's purpose to improve the lives of our clients and colleagues, and together, better our communities and society.


The Operational Enablement Portfolio delivers the platforms and experiences supporting Operations, clients, branch teams, and other product teams at Edward Jones which enable:Associates and leaders across Edward Jones to turn insights into action through reports and dashboardsIndustry experts to deliver modern tools and technology. Verified and accessible data for other consumers to empower our users and consumers. Digital product teams to incorporate data and insights into their products to provide extraordinary user experiences, internally and externally.
