Key Responsibilities
1. Deploys all sales actions with accounts assigned, to maximize the business with them related to Schneider Electric Energy Automation & Digital Power Portfolio
2. Creates, identifies, and implements growth initiatives and new channels to market for Schneider Electric products and services
3. Understand the customer needs and position their needs in the value chain
and competitive environment (market and competitors), to best promote Schneider Electric in the local market
4. Ability to evaluate customer potential and to target customers (penetration, attractiveness, accessibility), to best allocate resources, verify opportunities, and build customer action/business plan.
5. Understands customer needs and goal alignment, develops rapport with key contacts, and manages multiple bidding strategies
6. Understand the channel’s customer base what factors impact channel profitability/strategy and how it aligns with business objectives
7. Create & deploy strategies to increase SE Digital Power's market share
8. Ability to build an environment and relationship of trust and credibility with customers, understanding
9. Builds a personal brand and credibility based on knowledge of customers’ operational processes and operational challenges within their industry/segment
