Purpose:  Accelerate transformation journey by embedding the Digital First Operating model to achieve business outcomes that can be consistently scaled across the enterprise; the promoter of Chubb’s Digital first ways of working

Responsibilities

Drive, collaborate and actively contribute to build a self-sustaining digital workforce utilizing hands-on experience  with high-medium-low touch approaches Drive with DLs/POs and squads on their day-to-day progress towards strategic priorities and delivery capabilities in incremental and iterative cycles. Lead improvements in the key aspects of digital first operating model to drive business outcomes using fit-for-purpose frameworks, processes, tools and practices. Partner with other chapters to provide feedback and lead corrective actions to continuously refine and improve practices for digital-first ways of working Identify and implement industry practices to improve our digital first ways of working Create and execute need based trainings to enable Digital first enterprise

Industry specific certifications related to Organizational Change Management, Flow and Scaling Frameworks and Adaptive Leadership  (CAL, PAM™, SPK™, SAFe™,CLP) Background in business, technology, transformations, product development and management Experience in agile development, as a digital product owner, product manager, or highly experience enterprise Agile coach with 5+ years’ experience successfully delivering digital products or actively influencing large scale complex transformations
